Our purpose-built facility at Mile End and our Pooraka facility allows for total cool chain management. The temperature, humidity and ethylene levels in each cool-room are individually set and monitored 24/7.

This environment sees that our flowers are processed and distributed in peak conditions to ensure we meet the high-quality expectations of the consumer.

Our team of over 40 florists build value for our customers with handmade bouquets and arrangements made to individual customer specifications. Our production policy is to make to order with a just-in-time approach to our procurement. We have implemented ‘Lean Thinking’ into our business and regularly meet with our team to discuss and implement practices for continuous improvement.

We also create value for our customers with our team of merchandisers, who assist retailers to better understand their flower business and assist with orders & store displays.
